I’m Britney Monique Moore, head chef and owner of Vegan Xpress. It’s my pleasure to invite you on a gastronomic exploration where creative cuisine takes center stage.

Meet the Chef: Britney Monique Moore

With a career spanning 18 years in the hospitality industry, my journey from Raleigh, North Carolina, to Tel Aviv has been filled with culinary exploration and managerial triumphs. From Le Cordón Bleu to Ramon Suites Hotel, every step has shaped my passion for cooking and serving.


But it’s not just about the kitchen; it’s about community. Working at “The Jerusalem Post,” I realized the true value of customers. Guided by my husband, Yativyah, I dared to build our dream, not someone else’s. Vegan Xpress was born in the midst of challenges, but we persevered, and here we stand, stronger and more dedicated.

The path to Vegan Xpress was sprinkled with trials and triumphs, but our vision always stayed true. We’ve grown from a home-based service to a thriving restaurant, weathering partnerships and pandemics. Now, we invite you to be part of our growth.
