Vegan Xpress Refund Policy

1. General Policy:
At Vegan Xpress, we provide unique, made-to-order products in collaboration with our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Due to the custom nature of our products, we follow a specific set of guidelines for refunds and replacements.

2. Returns & Exchanges:
Since all products are unique and produced only upon order, we do not support returns or exchanges in cases where a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.

3. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors:
In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery using our "Submit Issue" form on the website. To process your request, we require a clear photo showing the issue. For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, a photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame is necessary for confirmation.

4. Incorrect Orders:
Please note that we are not responsible for replacements or refunds if an incorrect size or color is ordered by the customer.

5. Unsuccessful Deliveries:
In cases of unsuccessful delivery, customers may opt for a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.

6. Print Variations:
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, please be aware there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations in the print placement are not considered defects.
